One of the many benefits of running is that it teaches you who you are physically and mentally. You can learn important lessons about health, fitness and mindset from other runners.

Over the years I have become a faster, fitter and smarter runner. I have changed the way I train, how I fuel and what I wear. My performances have improved as a result of my lifestyle and data analysis.

Running is a learning process and to reap the most from it you must be conscious and proactive. A solid foundation is essential and this begins with the appropriate equipment.
