Similar to audiobooks, podcasts provide an interesting auditory experience. They offer insights in short bursts.
They are free to listen to and allows relatively unknown runners to express themselves. Often runners accompany these podcasts with blogs, which expands their reach. I dip in and out of listening, but podcasts always reinforce the positive techniques I practice and share helpful training tips.
Periodically, I search for podcasts and download a selection to trial before I choose whether to subscribe. There are so many that I have only just begun to tap into this valuable resource.
